GENDER
In modern English, no grammatical category of gender of nouns. Nouns belong to one or another kind of purely semantic grounds: the masculine gender include the names of nouns denoting males (a father, a brother, a son), to include the feminine nouns denoting females (a mother, a sister, a daughter), the average family, as a rule, are nouns denoting inanimate objects (a room, a table, and rep). Nouns denoting animals usually are middle age.
External indicator of type of noun in the English language is the use of personal (or possessive) pronoun replacing a noun: he (his) - for the masculine; she (her) - for female; it (its) - for the average family.
In English, adjective, pronoun and the article does not change its shape when used with nouns denoting persons of different sexes or inanimate objects:
my little brother, my little sister,
my little window.
. Some nouns can denote individuals, both male and female, for example: teacher, writer, friend, and servant. With these words for nouns denoting males are boy, male, man, and pronoun he and some others, for nouns denoting females, - girl, female, woman, the pronoun she and some others:
